Launching a new workspace and delivering 100% occupancy in the first year.
The Food Exchange is a new workspace, kitchen space and food culture venue for London’s food startups. In an already crowded sector, CGMA needed to launch the new workspace and cut through all the noise to reach the right kind of business: London’s most exciting food startups and entrepreneurs. This project was delivered by Alastair working in-house.
What we did
We launched the Food Exchange from all angles. We developed a low-cost one-page website putting the originality of the product and the community front and centre. We ran a competition and offers to drive awareness and engagement, generating fantastic coverage. We combined paid advertising with super-effective paid content promotion to get our message in front of the right people.
Digital strategy and implementation
Paid advertising: Facebook and LinkedIn
Paid content promotion
Within one year of launching the Food Exchange was 100% let, meeting an ambitious target. We helped create a buzzing new workspace community of some of the most well-known food startups in the country. The Food Exchange has quickly built a reputation as the tastiest place to work in the UK.
